ESG training that ends with a plan, not just notes
I design and deliver ESG workshops, courses and train-the-trainer programmes for SMEs, food and agricultural producers, universities and international projects. Every session uses participants' own company data.

ESG train-the-trainer programme, Ukraine
Programme implemented by Visionest Institute (Estonia) and funded by ESTDEV, the Estonian Centre for International Development. I was the international ESG specialist, working alongside a UK trainer-development expert.
12 experts selected from 50 applicants across six sectors. I designed and delivered the Environmental and Social workshops and mentored the trainers as they built their own materials.
The new trainers delivered the programme to 47 participants from 37 companies, 40% of them exporters. Companies introduced energy-efficiency measures, hazardous-waste contracts and new governance policies.

Meet your trainer
I'm Maarja Mathias. I spent over ten years as a technical manager in UK industry: food safety, quality and ethical trading at a frozen food manufacturer supplying retailers across Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East.
So I teach ESG from the inside: what auditors and buyers actually ask for, and what a small team can realistically do first.
